Our mental health programs offer psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers and registered nurses. More important than discipline, is the individual skill of the senior mental health clinicians we employ. Evidence-based care is delivered through outreach services, clinic-based appointments, telehealth and group programs, based on clinical reasoning and need. Due to the design of the workforce at Clarity, collaboration and continuity of care is core to the delivery of the treatment, with the recovery model and bio-psycho-social model being the grounding principles of all care.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable and PayableRegular Bank reconciliation (including credit card reconciliation)BASTracking super for contractors, paying super for employeesContractor invoicesWeekly and monthly occupancy reportsProgramme Reporting, Invoicing and ReconciliationInbox monitoringAbout YouExperience with Xero (Basic)Experience with Halaxy (not essential)Reliable and committed with a willingness to learnExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.Think this sounds like the perfect fit?
