Reporting to the Senior Product Experience, your key duties will include:ExecutionAccurate representation of products acting as the subject matter expert offering accurate product advice and information.Ensure technical accuracy in scripts and content, approving them accordingly.Gather insights from stakeholders, including end users and Bunnings, to understand customer needs.Create and execute product support content, such as videos, GIFs, and written FAQs, to effectively showcase key features and benefits.Plan and oversee the safe implementation of activations, following necessary precautions and regulations.StrategyDevelop comprehensive product information for various internal and external stakeholders.Enhance sales performance, market share, and profitability by optimising the product experience and identifying improvement opportunities.Manage diverse queries related to content production, product manuals, usage insights, and support content.People and Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute product experience, aligning with business goals and customer insights.Review, refine, and deliver product-focused documentation, such as SEO copy, packaging, and in-store communications.Continuous ImprovementDrive the development of innovative, customer-centric product experiences that exceed expectations and address current and future needs.Utilise data-driven insights, such as product reviews and Voice of the Customer feedback, to report on product performance and inform continuous improvement efforts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
