We''ve built our business through commitment to the quality of our product, the development of our people and by providing a delightful experience to all of our customers.Job DescriptionThe OpportunityThis is a fantastic opportunity to join the Bakers Delight Marketing team in a maternity leave contract role of Social Media & Content Coordinator.With a mix of working in our Camberwell office and hybrid, and reporting to the Digital Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing exciting high end content across social media channels, playing an important roll in contributing to our tone of voice online as well as building our online community across key social channels. Some of your key responsibilities include:end to end creation of high quality and engaging digital content short-form videos, images, written copy - in line with our campaign calendar as well as ad hoc promotions and activities; working closely with a variety of corporate departments to develop that content, including coordinating and participating in content shoots;managing the social media calendar and publishing content to suit;communicating with and connecting to customers online;regularly reporting on key metrics across all social media activity; andconnecting with and developing strong relationships with key influencers who align with our brand, and are passionate to share our message.Lets hear about you!Your social media screen time is not pretty, you''re the friend who knows every TikTok reference, every pop culture trend and has seen every meme before its in the group chat.You have a creative flair, a keen eye for new and trending content and live for the engagement from our bread-loving fans. Some previous relevant work experience is essential you will feel confident concepting, designing and delivering digital content across social media channels. You will also feel comfortable being the face of Bakers Delight social media, aligning your content creation to a specific brand tone of voice, and are confident using in app video and photo editing software. You will have relevant tertiary qualifications preferably with a marketing focus.You dont mind the idea of being both in front of and behind the camera, creating highly engaging content with our product team and bakeries. You are able to produce quality written, photo and video content, have excellent organisation and time management skills and your fast-paced work ethic will ensure your success within the team.
