We currently have a presence in Sydney, Melbourne and Manila.Due to the continued success and growth of Seven Consulting, we are looking for talented PMO Consultants with relevant experience who share our passion for delivering quality outcomes through business change to join our team on a contract basis.Your new RoleAs a PMO Manager, you will work directly with our clients to deliver high-quality PMO services. Each engagement is different but typical responsibilities of a PMO Manager include:Establishing and operating the PMO for large & complex projects, programs, or portfolios.Managing the PMO Team of Seven Consulting and client resourcesDriving improvements and uplifting PMO capabilities to meet client maturity needsDeveloping and implementing robust processes, managing the overall governance and controlsRefining existing PMO practices in line with changing requirements and establishing best practices and frameworks.Act as an independent advisor to Sponsors, Steering Committee members, and stakeholders at all levels of the clients organisationLead/manage/mentor PMO team membersWhat you bring:You are an experienced professional with a proven ability to support successful PMOs and demonstrated an extensive history of contributing alongside senior executives to ensure robust project planning, progress reporting, and process governance on mission-critical IT programs and projects.You will also possess the following essential attributes:Track record of successfully delivering PMO services for large &/or complex technology programsProven ability to stand up and manage PMOs for traditional and agile-run projects/programs/portfoliosMinimum 10 years experience in governance and leadership to drive delivery outcomesSolid stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and drive a strategic agendaManagement of medium to large PMO teamsExperience across Project, Program, and Portfolio levels of PMO as well as EPMO is desirableExcellent references from previous employers and client sponsorsHigh energy levels to ensure successful project delivery or turnaround successNatural team-building skills and demonstrated leadership experienceWhat we Offer:Seven Consulting is committed to building a community of high calibre PMO & project delivery professionals and providing a rewarding career by offering:A mentoring / mentee programA collaborative & inclusive culturePaid overtimeRecognition & rewards for high performanceCharity initiative Project 7Diversity, Equity, and InclusionSeven Consulting embraces diversity and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
