You will collaborate closely with executive teams and boards to solve complex business challenges, facilitate workshops, and develop strategic solutions that drive organisational transformation.Key Responsibilities:Consulting Leadership: Lead multi-stream engagements, ensuring high-quality project delivery and successful management of client relationships and internal teams.Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the public sector, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring successful project outcomes. Your existing network within this industry will be crucial in driving results.Analysis & Strategy: Collaborate with colleagues to conduct detailed analyses, interpret data, and deliver actionable insights that guide decision-making.Workshops & Facilitation: Lead workshops with executive teams and boards to shape and implement strategic initiatives.Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, generating ideas, and preparing proposals and client presentations.External Relations: Represent the firm in media relations, client knowledge-sharing sessions, and at industry conferences.To Be SuccessfulTo Be SuccessfulTo thrive in this role, you will bring strong experience in strategy consulting, along with a deep passion for supporting purpose-driven organisations to achieve meaningful outcomes. A key differentiator for this position is your extensive relationships within the public sector, which are critical to success in this role.
