Join to apply for the Releases Train Engineer role at Tech Mahindra Job Summary The role involves: Driving progressive elaboration from initial requirements to solution, and up to release planning with client asset teams. Managing release to a train (sprints) and owning operational/production readiness reports. Monitoring, maintaining, and measuring PE horizon view for EPICS, features, and stories within the business outcome. Identifying and managing risks and issues throughout the delivery lifecycle. Owning squad capacity planning and analysis. Managing client Data Asset team engagement and dependencies across assets, teams, and domains. Managing stakeholder relationships, including Product Owners and wider Data platform teams. Providing targeted communication to stakeholders to ensure clarity on dependencies, deliverables, and issues. Driving capability uplift and operating model improvements to enhance delivery velocity. Managing financials and ensuring on-time delivery of releases. Providing coaching to resolve process issues across the release train. Qualifications and Experience Candidates should have: Prior RTE experience and good understanding of SAFe. Experience launching ARTs and running PI Planning events. Experience delivering Data initiatives and projects on time and within budget. Strong risk and issue management skills. Experience managing dependencies and capacity in complex environments. Vendor relationship and contract management experience. Leadership and coaching skills. Technology and business knowledge relevant to the role. Financial and project planning skills. Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Rally and Clarity. Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with senior management.
