The Sportsgirl team is here to champion our vibrant community called Generation Sportsgirl, every step of the way.As our new Business Manager for VIC, you will manage your region of stores to maximise profitable sales growth through effective leadership of your teams. You will ensure the productive implementation of merchandise, marketing and operational strategies for your stores and work closely with many areas of our wider business as part of The Sussan Group.As an effective and encouraging leader and people manager, you will be flexible and adaptable in motivating individuals and teams in a way that inspires high performance and delivers business outcomes.
