You''ll be stepping into a key role at the heart of our operationsforecasting, analysing, and planning for a product portfolio of over 10,000 SKUs across some of the most loved beauty brands in the country.If youre someone who loves turning data into action, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys collaborating with smart, engaged teamsthis could be the role for you.About the RoleAs our Demand Planner, youll be responsible for ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time. Youll lead demand forecasting and inventory planning across multiple categories, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain availability, support product launches, and help us meet our commercial goals.This role is a critical connector between all areas of the business requiring strong communication, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach. Youll also play a key role in S&OP reporting, seasonal and promotional planning, and inventory analysis to identify opportunities and risks across the portfolio.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who loves detail, owns their work, and enjoys being part of a high-performing and values-driven team.Key Responsibilities:Own demand forecasting, stock planning, and supplier engagement across your portfolioWork closely with Category Managers to support seasonal, promotional, and NPD stock planningMonitor stock availability and flag risks (short-dated, excess, OOS) earlyRun regular reporting and provide insights to help drive commercial decisionsCollaborate across brands, warehouse, marketing and finance to ensure plans are aligned and executedHelp drive continuous improvement in planning processes and reportingWho You Are:Youre a commercially savvy planner who thrives on turning numbers into insights and insights into action. Youre just as comfortable deep in a spreadsheet as you are building relationships across teams or with suppliers. Youre curious, proactive, and confident managing competing prioritiesbecause you know how much planning underpins business success.You enjoy working at pace, bring a sharp eye for detail, and are always thinking a few steps ahead.
