If you can identify operational waste, use metrics to drive improvements, and implement learnings quickly, then apply now.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive cost-saving projects from inception to completion.Develop metrics and tools to measure operational performance in sort centers and last mile delivery.Review customer defect data and develop action plans to reduce issues.Implement strategies to enhance quality and service levels.Apply lean techniques to identify root causes of process deviations and develop countermeasures.Collaborate with stakeholders to secure resources and support initiatives.Travel to sites to evaluate and ensure compliance with improvement initiatives.Document and standardize quality and productivity enhancements.Support annual planning with key data and parity requirements.Basic QualificationsBachelor''s degreeAdvanced Excel and SQL skillsMinimum 3 years of experience in continuous improvementExperience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teamsProven track record in process improvement initiatives using data and metricsExpertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other OE toolsPreferred QualificationsProgram or project management experience (3+ years)Data analysis skills with tools like Power BI, QuickSight, or similarAdditional InformationAmazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of land across Australia and respects their elders.
