We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor on a full-time basis to join our team. You must take pride in your work and be willing to go that extra mile to make our guests stay an enjoyable one. This is a physically demanding role that requires an energetic and enthusiastic person who is ready and willing to work as part of a team.About the role:As our Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:General maintenance activities for the upkeep of the Hotel to high standardsGeneral plumbing, carpentry, grouting, painting and much moreSupervise maintenance Team Members and provide guidance and supportEnsure all areas of property are maintainedEnsure all maintenance Team Members are following the correct policiesAbout you:The successful candidate must:Be self-motivated and be able to work unsupervisedMust be available to work 38 hours a week from Monday to Friday.Have knowledge and understanding of similar general maintenance position (i.e., knowledge of plumbing, painting, and general maintenance)Be committed to providing extraordinary serviceHave good communication and interpersonal skillBe reliable and articular in the jobBenefits:This role offers a great opportunity to expand upon your skill set.
