This role will support the growing demand for our Sitecore websites.As a Sitecore Digital Configuration Analyst, you will support our Digital Configuration team with Sitecore content management and configuration. Working within a multi-client digital environment, the Digital Configuration team supports major projects and BAU deliverables such as website builds, updates, enhancements and front-end configuration changes.You will work closely with our UX team, developers, clients, and analytics team to ensure seamless integration and servicing of our Digital member portals.Permanent roleLocation: Sydney (Parramatta) or Melbourne (CBD based)Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities:Technical:Building and maintaining sites and web pages in Sitecore, ensuring consistency with UX, accessibility and design principles.Perform content updates and configuration changes based on business requirements documents and functional specification documents, delivered in line with MUFGs software release cycles.Conduct requirements analysis, system analysis and proofs-of-concept for content projects.Deploy required changes into non-prod environments for testing.Support the Test team and clients with testing and troubleshooting.Upon receiving stakeholder approval, initiate a Change Request and deploy changes into production environments.Adaptability to working hours to meet deployment and business needs.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with the UX team, client managers, development, and analytics teams to ensure requirements are understood and quality solutions are delivered.Perform peer review analysis and feedback sessions with colleagues.Lead client-facing product demonstrations and requirements workshops.Assist and support with other general website issues that may arise as part of a broader operational team.Provide support to team members on Sitecore best practices.Participate in estimations workshops for projects and individual deliverables.Governance & Risk:Create configuration analysis and change summary documentation for Change Requests.Ensure documentation standards and review/approval processes are upheld for all deliverables.Identify and document people, process and technology risks according to MUFGs policiesExperience & Personal AttributesRequired:In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Sitecore XP.Proven experience as a digital configuration analyst, technical product owner, producer, or similar role.Knowledge of the Digital Software Development Lifecycle, specifically the development and testing stages.Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to effectively liaise with internal colleagues and external clients.2-3 yrs of relevant sitecore XM Cloud, SPE and Git Pull Requests, Slot-deployments, Unicorn Sync experience.Foundational experience with SQL.Google or Adobe analytics and tag management software knowledge.Experience working with multi-site and multi-lingual Sitecore configurations.Jira or Azure DevOps work management tools.Foundational experience in SEO, UX/UI best practices, and conducting A/B experiments.Knowledge of Agile delivery methods, such as Scrum and Kanban.Experience and/or product knowledge in Superannuation, Insurance, Managed Funds and Financial Services.Some of our Employment BenefitsFlexiWorks enabling our employees to work in the office and at homePurchased Leave, Parental Leave, Volunteer Leave, Gender transition leave, Well-being leaveEmployee Recognition Program - to recognise people who are demonstrating our values and Company purpose.Talent Referral ProgramSalary Sacrificing via SuperannuationEmployee Assistance ProgramLearning & Development - Development at your fingertips via self-paced learning, including educational assistance supportEmployee discounts Access discounted rates and offers from a variety of providers including Bupa and Microsoft!Novated Car LeasingWe are an inclusive employer whose people work collaboratively.
