Our unique heritage is built on a disruptive mindset, an innovative approach and a cool and free-minded spirit to think ahead and establish records.The TAG Heuer watches and chronographs are an authentic concentration of innovation, design and engineering for bold, self-confident people who are connected to the future.About The OpportunityIf you like challenges, out-of-the-box thinking and teamwork, there is a rare and unique opportunity for you as we are currently seeking a high performing Deputy Boutique Manager to join our Melbourne Boutique.Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, support and assist the Boutique Manager with all daily retail duties.Job ResponsibilitiesA TAG HEUER DEPUTY BOUTIQUE MANAGER ISA PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN SALES EXPERTPlays an active role in the boutique, increasing boutique sales, contributing individually to the turnover, and bringing the team in achieving the global objectiveAnalyzes the stores retail KPIs, identifies business opportunities to drive growth, implements 360 action plans to tackle them, and ensures follow-up and feedback sharingA TEAM LEADEREnsures teams motivation and cohesion to reach the Boutiques goalsActs as a point of contact for both teams and boutique / Market management, and as a privileged interface between both when necessaryEnsures strong presence on the shopfloor to support and coach the team members on the floor, provides feedback, develops them in their current rolesPromotes a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment in line with groups valuesA TAG HEUER AMBASSADOREnsures an outstanding service is offered to all visitors in store; trains, develops, and debriefs teams around Client Experience excellenceEmbodies the Tag Heuers brand DNA and acts as a passionate Brand Ambassador in and outside the boutique, especially at eventsDefines proactively grooming, attitudes, and Visual Merchandising in line with luxury standards and internal guidelinesA CLIENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALISTLeads the team to develop long-term relationships with clientsSets and follows clienteling action plans (outreaches, appointments, sales from appointments)AN OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE SUPERVISOROversees the boutique operational processes, front and back, in line with internal guidelines (inventory, cash, security, store opening and closing...) with full autonomyEnsures compliance with internal control policiesSupervises the store expenses and maintenanceShows proactivity to challenge and improve processesProfileABOUT YOU At TAG Heuer, we are looking for talents who are creative, energetic, pragmatic, results-orientated and who balance well the ''think'' and ''do''.
