This part-time role (34 days/week) offers flexibility, autonomy, and rewarding client relationships. Youll support people aged 65+ with individualised, in-home therapy to enhance quality of life promoting dignity, function, and meaningful engagement in daily activities.ResponsibilitiesProvide person-centred assessments and interventionsDevelop tailored support plans in collaboration with our Senior Health PractitionerWork closely with clients and families to promote self-managementTravel locally to deliver care in-homeQualificationsDegree in Occupational Therapy + current AHPRA registrationAt least 1 year of community-based OT experience (highly desirable)Required SkillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsConfidence to work independently across varied settingsA caring, positive, and proactive approachValid National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Ready to Apply?At BallyCara, we know that great care starts with great people.
