Our commitment to quality is paramount and we pride ourselves on sourcing the best fabric and trims from around the world.What are we looking for?INDUSTRIE is looking for an energetic, motivated & career driven FIELD VISUAL MERCHANDISERwho knows what it takes to maximise sales through managing all aspects of merchandising for the retail and wholesale business.This is a great opportunity for someone to build a career with an exciting and fast evolving company where you will be working alongside great people and representing one of the best Australian Mens brand.Field Visual Merchandising Responsibilities:Oversee a number of stores across Standalone, Concession and DFO''sPlanning and executing in-store creative concepts including windows and mannequins to drive the brand vision and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.Organising and executing the set up for all promotional events/ installations for the brand and the store.Distribution and installation of posters and decals.Liaising with Retail team on stock controlTraining and coaching of effective merchandising and standards.Lead and motivate the teams to execute and maintain store standards.Analysis and reportingTo be suitable for the role you must have:You have a minimum of 2years experience in a similar role (working with 8-10 locations) within a fashion retail environment.You are looking for a role where you can add your creative flair and make a difference.Youare drivenand like to hit the ground running.Are self-motivated, proactive and goal focused.Have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.Are highly organised and perform well under pressure.Have a current cleandriver''s license and be flexible to work across multiple locations.Why Industrie?Our team fosters a fun, fast-paced, and supportive workplace where success and goal achievement are encouragedplus, you get to work with amazing people and proudly represent the brand every day.This role comes with a competitive salary package including a fully maintained vehicle and a phone as well as generous employee discounts.
