Job Description The Enterprise Solutions Specialist actively drives strategy execution and sales of the GE Healthcare portfolio and provides the formal clinical and technical expertise for the assigned products/solutions and services. You are expected to differentiate GE product offerings, convey compelling value propositions, qualify identified opportunities, develop and present solutions proposals and quotations, and respond to customers'' clinical and technical questions. You will have the clinical ability to provide post-sale customer support including on-site clinical in-servicing and go-live support. The Enterprise Solutions Specialist works in conjunction with the Account Managers where required for opportunity management. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Provide clinical and technical leadership during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of product features, including potential uses, product capabilities, and benefits to customers as needed. Implement portfolio strategy at an account level within the assigned territory. Establish and develop strong business relationships, identify and respond to key decision makers'' needs, and maintain account contact records in relevant CRM tools. Build a network of key opinion leaders within your territory. Communicate and track market trends, including competitor data, and support the implementation of effective counterstrategies. Maintain up-to-date detailed knowledge of products/services and be able to discuss their technology and clinical benefits relevant to customers. Stay informed about market and competitor activities related to products, solutions, and services. Develop, coordinate, and deliver product training to customers on software, applications, and equipment use. Monitor customer installations to improve satisfaction and maintain relationships. Differentiate assigned products during the sales process, using GEHC resources and marketing materials to support customer decision-making. Represent the company at medical conferences and technical exhibitions to promote products and solutions. Ensure order and configuration accuracy at entry, maintaining configuration integrity and fulfilling documented customer requirements. Compliance Adhere to international and local regulatory standards and GEHC promotional codes. Follow all applicable GE and GEHC compliance policies, codes, and training requirements. Report any quality or compliance issues promptly and take corrective actions. Quality Specific Goals Comply with GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management Systems, and related policies and laws. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training. Understand and operate within global privacy, anti-competition, environmental health policies, and laws. Continuously improve processes, work instructions, and procedures to enhance quality management. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of technical product promotion/sales experience in healthcare or technical fields. Experience in the healthcare industry preferred. Strong interpersonal skills for solutions-based sales approach. Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels and work effectively in teams. Excellent communication skills in the local language and English. Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex issues. Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver''s license.
