This role is also responsible for embedding compliance, driving Group-wide HR strategies, and delivering tailored local initiatives aligned to the broader People strategy.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with the CEO to deliver tailored people solutions based on business needsDrive and embed Group-wide HR strategies and cyclical BAU activities within the business unitProvide strategic and operational HR advice to leaders across all facets of people managementCoach and support managers to build leadership capabilityIdentify and deliver local HR initiatives aligned to business and Group People StrategyManage Talent & Succession and Performance Development cyclesSupport employee engagement initiatives and survey action planningLead and support change managementAdvise on organisational design, workforce planning, and capability buildingReport key HR metrics to the Group GM HRMaintain strong relationships across internal business units and HR functionsCollaborate with shared services, WR, HSEQ, L&D and Indigenous Engagement teamsPromote learning and development aligned to future workforce needsBenchmark practices and stay current on evolving HR trends and complianceABOUT YOU:Proven HR experience in a multi-site, national businessStrong track record in developing and implementing modern HR strategiesExtensive experience leading and supporting change management initiativesProject and change management capabilities highly regardedDemonstrated success in designing and rolling out impactful HR initiativesSkilled in leveraging HR data and insights to drive decisions and actionProficient in HRIS systems; SuccessFactors experience is a plusQualificationsTertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field; postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.If you are interested in this opportunity, click on apply and submit your resume today! #J-18808-Ljbffr
