You will partner with key stakeholders to drive performance, enhance customer experience, and support the ''Flex by ISPT'' flexible working initiative. Key responsibilities include establishing strategic campaigns to drive leasing, developing asset repositioning and branding strategies, and ensuring compelling communication across assets.Your Background and ExperienceMinimum 5 years of marketing experience in property/real estate, with proven success in delivering marketing strategies and campaigns that meet performance goals.Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.Strong project management skills with a collaborative, can-do attitude.Proven track record in delivering high-performing marketing strategies, with strong commercial acumen, budgeting, and analytical skills.Ready to invest in what matters?
