You will recognise when support is needed from the MCH Coordinator for more complex scenarios. Staying in touch with industry trends, you will proactively identify opportunities for service delivery enhancements. You will ensure appropriate coverage for customer-facing services and conduct professional development processes for the team.Additionally, you will work with administration functions across the team to provide cross-functional coverage as required.A little bit about the roleAs the Team Leader Maternal and Child Health, you will lead a team of universal maternal and child health staff. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the continuation of high-quality maternal and child health services. You will work closely with the Maternal and Child Health Coordinator, sharing child safety responsibilities and providing support in complex cases. Your ability to schedule appropriate coverage ensures that the service is readily available for parents and caregivers.
