Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.In the role of Consultant, Customer Communication Insights you will join the Customer Communication Insights team thats doubling down on owning it.Each day, youll go above and beyond to:Lead the use of advanced analytical techniques for exploring data to provide data driven insights and support strategic decision making across MarketingUnderstand the digital customer experience, including trends and customer data flow to translate into strategy designConduct pre/post campaign analytics to help shape customer contact strategyDevelop improved analysis approaches and test and learn frameworksWere looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:Experience in SQL and analyticsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong understanding of digital customer experienceFinancial services experience, especially consumer or business bankingTo be open minded, proactive and eager to learn new skillsA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
