This is a pivotal role where youll lead the Groups finance function and play a strategic role in our growth journey. Youll be responsible for financial reporting, compliance, legal oversight, and commercial analysis, while also managing a small team (both local and offshore).Finance & StrategyLead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and statutory accountsManage cash flow, funding, and financial controlsProvide strategic financial advice to the CEO and ELT to support decision-makingPresent financial insights and performance updates to the BoardDrive process improvement, systems optimisation, and commercial analysisCompliance & RiskEnsure full compliance with financial, legal, and industry regulationsMonitor and manage risk through robust systems and controlsStay across regulatory developments in recruitment and professional servicesLegal & Commercial OversightReview and negotiate commercial agreementsManage legal risk and liaise with external counsel as requiredMaintain policies and procedures aligned with legal and ethical standardsAbout YouYoure a high-performing finance leader with the commercial acumen, technical expertise, and collaborative style to make a real impact.
