Lead Generation & Appointment Setter Commercial Cleaning full timeWe are a fast-growing commercial cleaning and property services company based in Australia, seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to help grow our client base.You will be responsible for contacting businesses across various industries (e.g., offices, hospitality, education, retail, and industrial sites) to introduce our services, qualify their cleaning needs, and book appointments for our sales team.Make outbound cold calls to Australian businesses using provided leads or researched databasesIntroduce our commercial cleaning services in a professional and engaging mannerAsk qualifying questions to identify if the prospect fits our ideal client profileBook appointments directly into our sales calendarMaintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in our CRMProvide regular updates and feedback on lead quality and objectionsStrong spoken English and confident phone mannerProven experience in cold calling or telemarketing (B2B preferred)Previous work with cleaning, property services, or facility management industries (preferred but not essential)Reliable internet and quiet working environmentComfortable working in the Australian time zoneFlexible working hours (with overlap during AUS business hours)Steady long-term work for the right candidateOngoing training and support$4$6 USD/hour to start (depending on experience) + performance-based incentivesPlease include a brief voice recording or sample call if possible.
