It provides students with physical and social development and is also a great opportunity for students to develop life-skills while enjoying the experience with their friends.Caulfield Grammar School is a member of the Associated Public Schools (APS) and Associated Grammar Schools of Victoria (AGSV), and we are seeking enthusiastic Cricket Coaches to inspire our students.Second XI Cricket Coach- Boys ProgramAssist in the planning and implementation of a structured programme for students of Second XI squad and contribute to the wider CGS Cricket Community.Training days are Tuesdays (1pm 4pm) and Thursday (before or after school hours tbc) at Caulfield Campus, with Saturday game daysCricket Specialist/ Lead Coach Caulfield CampusOversee, support and be actively involved in our middle school training program at Caulfield Campus (Tuesday 10.30am - 1.30pm) and oversee our morning skills specialist sessions which run in season from 6.30am - 8.30am, twice weekly.There will be Thursday afternoon sessions from 3.15pm - 5.15pm, although Saturday coaching is not required, there are opportunities to be involved.These positions will be 9-month Fixed Term opportunities starting from Term 3 2025 until the end of Term 2 2026.First XI Assistant Cricket CoachAssist the Head Coach with the delivery of programs to develop the students individual skill level, decision-making, teamwork and leadership capacity, as well as providing an enjoyable sports experience for our students.Training days are Tuesdays (1pm 4pm) and Thursday (before and after school hours) at Caulfield Campus.Fixtures are a combination of one-day games and two-day games (Friday Afternoon and Saturday from 10am) in Term 1.Key DutiesAssist in the planning of the training and competition programme in conjunction with the Head of CricketDevelop technical skill, fitness, teamwork and leadership capabilities for all studentsProvide performance feedback and analysis to studentsProvide equitable opportunities to students to achieve their highest potential during the season and demonstrate their capacity and progress on meritModel and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours.Skills And ExperienceBring specialist knowledge and experience, passion and enthusiasm to coach, mentor, and role model for our studentsBe available to meet all of the Cricket program requirements (as directed by the Head of Cricket).
