Join Masuen Consulting, LLC, where practical fieldwork meets environmental purposeand where your engineering career starts with hands-on impact.What Youll DoAs an entry-level Water Management Engineer (WME), youll be part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team that includes horticulturists, arborists, landscape architects, agronomists, agriculturalists, agricultural engineers, civil and environmental engineers, and construction managers.Youll be working outdoors most daysevaluating sites, collecting data, and helping implement technical solutions for water use, stormwater management, wetlands, and irrigation systems.This is a field-based position located in Florida, with travel throughout the region in a company-issued vehicle. Youll work from your home-based office when not in the field.What Youll Work On Site assessments and water balance studies Irrigation evaluations (agriculture, golf, and landscape) Wetland permitting support and environmental documentation Water use permitting Stormwater analysis and BMP implementation Working with senior engineers and environmental specialists on reports and designsYoull be supported with training and mentorship, while gaining experience with advanced tools, permitting processes, and practical environmental design.What You Bring A Bachelors degree (or higher) in civil, environmental, or agricultural engineering from an ABET accredited U.S. university Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification (or eligibility to obtain it soon) A valid drivers license and clean driving record An interest in hands-on, field-based engineering work Strong communication and organizational skills A positive, team-oriented mindset and a desire to growBackground checks and drug testing are required as part of the hiring process.What We Provide A company vehicle, laptop, necessary field equipment, and cell phone Air travel, if needed Competitive entry-level salary and full benefits Mentorship and growth opportunities in a supportive environment A tight-knit team working across Washington, Florida, and Texas The chance to launch your engineering career with meaningful, real-world workWhy This Role MattersWe believe early-career engineers do their best work when theyre learning by doingnot just behind a desk.
