As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for the receipt, distribution and warehousing of all raw materials and finished goods from our Clayton South site, in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.All applications for this position must have a current and valid forklift licence. Please note this is an AM Shift role, with hours being 6:00am - 2:00pm Monday-Friday.Some of your key responsibilities will include:Safe forklift operation and movement of warehousing consumablesLiaise with production staff to ensure optimum warehousing performanceDetermine material requirements in order to meet scheduling outcomesReport any maintenance issues of forklifts, warehouse machinery and equipmentIdentify issues in the warehouse operations that pose risk of non-conformance to quality and safety standardsReport any safety, quality control and food safety issuesData capture, administrative tasks and reportingBe aware of and committed to company and statutory health and safety regulationsOperate within all company policies and requirements, including standard operating procedures, personnel policies and systemsGeneral housekeeping and cleaning as requiredSkills and Experiences:To thrive in this role, you will ideally possess:Minimum 3 years experience in receivals and despatchForklift licence essentialHigh reach (HR) experienceDemonstrated experience in a similar role with FMCG or warehousingUnderstanding of food safety and relevant processesBasic computer skillsDemonstrated drive, passion and commitmentAbility to planAbility to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environmentFriendly, energetic, positive and customer-focusedThe Perks - We Can Offer:A collaborative, inclusive and engaging culture with a genuine commitment to our peopleWellbeing days to put yourself first and rechargeReward & Recognition program to acknowledge the hard-work and dedication of our teamsAccess to Benestar - a complimentary counselling service available 24/7 to our teamsAccess to complimentary annual Vaccination shots and skin checksAt Monde Nissin Australia, we are gearing up for a big year and exciting times ahead.
