As a Health and Safety Advisor- Risk & Assurance, you are expected to:Contribute to construction risk assessment workshopsContribute to delivery of the health and safety audit and assurance planPerform a range of health and safety assurance activities in the field including audits, inspections, and operator competency reviewsReview construction work planning and ensure methods and controls are being delivered in the field ss plannedSupport of the health and safety of our construction subcontractors through facilitating kick off meetings, assurance activities, communications, and performance monitoring.Contribute to identifying innovative solutions to improve health and safety performance and mitigate riskMaintain and ensure the data integrity of a project health and safety risk and data library to help inform future planning and risk assessmentsContribute to the continuous improvement of the projects management plan and project management system documentationAny other health and safety duties as required to ensure efficient and safe delivery of the project.Key Skills/Requirements:Health and safety qualifiedExperience with construction risks and risk workshopsAuditing experience; Lead Auditor (preferred)Experience within a Tier 1 or 2 company and the management of subcontractorsData literate with good analytical skillsProficient with technology and digital systemsAttention to detailClient liaison and interface skillsWe support diversity in the workplace.
