As part of Flutter Entertainment, a FTSE100 and NYSE listed company, Sportsbet operates in a dynamic and competitive market with strong regulatory oversight.This role focuses on framing and delivering strategic projects that address the most important business challenges at Sportsbet. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including the C-suite, GMs, and international divisional executive teams, to drive impact across the business.Responsibilities IncludeWork directly on developing Sportsbets long term company strategy and annual OKRsLead key strategic projects:Own the framing, analysis and delivery for priority strategy projects. Provide thought leadership on best approaches to solve problems using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Design and deliver programs of analytical work that surface privileged insights.Project Management:Participate in and take an emerging leadership role in cross-functional project teams (e.g., strategy, commercial analytics, finance, tech, product). Deliver practical and impactful solutions with buy-in from across the organization.Team and Stakeholder Management:Engage stakeholders across the business to drive buy-in. Collaborate with the strategy and research team to deliver focused, sustainable work.
