This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth through innovative automation strategies.As a CRM Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing processes across our brands. Youll work closely with marketing, e-commerce, IT, and other teams to leverage CRM tools for seamless communication, data-driven insights, and targeted marketing initiatives. Your role will directly contribute to enhancing customer loyalty, increasing sales, and delivering exceptional brand experiences.Responsibilities will include but not limited to:Design and implement automated workflows and campaigns within the CRM system aligned with the customer lifecycleDevelop and execute automated marketing campaigns to drive customer growth through retention focused campaignsTest, monitor, and optimise campaigns to ensure high performance and ROIAnalyse customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement for customer segmentationReport on key metrics such as open rates, conversions, and customer lifetime valueProvide insights to improve campaigns and recommend new automation opportunitiesPartner with marketing, creative, and IT teams to align strategies with business goalsTrain internal teams on CRM best practices and automation toolsTroubleshoot technical issues and maintain the efficiency of CRM workflowsStay updated on trends and technologies to drive innovation in CRMTo be successful in this role you will have:Experience working with a retail loyalty programme3-5 years in CRM automation and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Emarsys, Klaviyo)A Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldExpertise in data analysis, campaign optimization, and multi-channel marketingFamiliarity with API integrations, data imports/exports, and CRM customizationAbility to use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM reporting tools) to assess automation effectivenessExperience with A/B testing, multi-channel marketing strategies, and advanced segmentation techniquesStrong understanding of marketing processes, sales funnels, and customer lifecycle managementExperience with email and SMS marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign management automationExceptional communication skillsA detailed and focused approach to work and be highly organisedAbility to think laterally on all issues and take a proactive approach to resolve themA positive and proactive can do attitudeWe provide:Free on-site parking50% clothing discount off all of our brands (GAZMAN, Perri Cutten, & Cable)The opportunity to build your career with a successful, established and trusted Australian brandA friendly, motivating and rewarding team environment, where achievements are recognisedA supportive and inclusive workplace cultureOpportunities to attend fantastic events, annual conferences and award nightsAbout usAustin Group is an established Australian owned and family run fashion retailer and wholesaler that includes some of Australias most iconic menswear and womenswear brands.
