As one of our leaders, you will be responsible for overseeing client engagements and managing a team of dedicated accountants. You will be involved in strategic planning and business development projects, working closely with the Partners to drive Nexias growth and success.Your Focus:Managing your team and workflowReviewing and finalising financial statements, tax returns, and compliance obligationsTraining and mentoring junior accountants, fostering their professional developmentLeading business advisory projects, including financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and business structuring adviceEnsuring excellence in the provision of service to our clientsManaging a client portfolio of 1.6 million or aboveBudget management, ensuring the team meets budgets and deadlines25th June, 2025About us:Were Nexia Melbourne - a member of one the world''s leading global advisory, tax and audit networks.
