Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, this role is integral to the origination, evaluation, execution, and management of infrastructure investments across the full investment lifecycle.Key responsibilities in this role will include:Leading multiple transaction work streams, including due diligence, financial analysis, and negotiation of commercial termsEvaluating and managing infrastructure investments, including engagement with investment managers, advisors, and boardsContributing to the development and refinement of investment and portfolio strategyManaging valuation processes and preparing high-quality investment papers and reportsSupporting internal projects and mentoring junior team membersTo be successful in this role, you will bring:6 - 12 years of experience in investment banking, funds management, advisory, project finance, or corporate financeStrong experience in unlisted infrastructure investments and leading transactions or major parts of transactionsExpertise in financial modelling, investment due diligence, and commercial negotiationsTertiary qualifications in finance, commerce, law, economics, or engineering.
