The Client Services Manager ensures efficient site operations and client service delivery within budget, aligned with Wilson Securitys vision and business strategy. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide leadership, resolve issues, and serve as a key communication link between the Operations team, clients, and site personnel. Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage service performance, ensuring contractual and budgetary compliance.Support and mentor a team of security officers.Act as the client contact for issue resolution and process improvement.Maintain regular meetings with clients and internal teams to monitor and enhance contract outcomes.Monitor compliance and training, ensuring adherence to policies and contractual obligations.Provide timely reporting and analysis of contract performance.Handle end-to-end recruitment to maintain staffing levels and provide relief as needed.Enforce safe work practices and compliance with policies and legislative requirements.Skills and RequirementsExperience managing multi-site operations within the security industry.Proven leadership and client relationship management skills.Effective communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction at all levels.Strong time management and decision-making abilities in complex, multi-tasking environments.Understanding of rostering, cost analysis, performance management, and HR principles.Advanced computer literacy, especially in Excel and MS Word.Who We Are Looking ForMinimum 3 years of experience in client or account management.At least 5 years of proven experience in the security industry delivering comparable outcomes (desirable).WA Security Licenses (desirable).Tertiary qualification in security, business, commerce, or a related discipline (advantageous).Wilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
