CCS provides management of individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex offences on post sentence supervision and prisoners on parole.About the role:Court Assessment & Prosecutions Officers are responsible for supporting the operation of the Court Assessment and Prosecutions Service and applying relevant work practices. This includes conducting initial assessments, variations or prosecution against an individual''s court order.Key responsibilities include:Provide timely, high quality, evidence-based advice to stakeholdersUndertake an effective assessment of an individual''s risk to community safetyEffectively manage individuals exhibiting challenging behavioursProduce detailed reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelinesAbout you:Experience or knowledge of court processes and prosecutionsDemonstrated ability to provide human services in needs assessments and development of interventionsPays attention to words, expression and body language; recognises behaviours that promote a culture of inclusionResolves issues through deep understanding or interpretation of existing guidelinesRelevant industry qualification is desirable.
