The business also distributes Bogs, the American waterproof boot brand, via independent retailers.ABOUT THE ROLEThe OpportunityAn incredibly rare opportunity has come up in our Support Office Finance Team where our incumbent Team Member is retiring after 15 years of loyal and wonderful service to the business. We are now on the lookout for an impressively proactive, thorough and diligent Accounts Payable / Receivable Officer to take up the reins.The RoleAs the sole Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer your key responsibilities will include:Overseeing the full AP process, organising and prioritising payments to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely approvalsManage and reconcile supplier payments including Corporate credit cardsManage the AR function, assisting with end-to-end processes and facilitating clear communicationContribute to month-end close processesParticipate in system improvements and troubleshooting, and assist with audit and ad hoc tasksABOUT YOUYou will bea detail-oriented team playerat home in a fast-paced deadlines-driven environmentenjoy and excel at collaborating across departmentsAs a vital member of our finance team, you will actively contribute to keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
