We''re looking for an experienced Credit & Collections Specialist to join our dynamic team and help drive effective credit control and collections across the business.As part of the Oceania Finance Team, this position can be based in either Melbourne, Australia or Hamilton, New Zealand.Applications will only be accepted by those who have full working rights for Australia/New Zealand.Tetra Pak is not offering relocation for this position.What you will doIn this key role, you''ll be the go-to expert for credit control and collections, working closely with our Key Account Management (KAM) team and customers. Your responsibilities will include:Managing daily credit and collections questions alongside the KAM teamLeading Accounts Receivable reconciliation and overseeing aging analysisPreparing documentation and participating in credit committee discussionsImplementing and ensuring compliance with group credit policiesDriving continuous improvement initiatives in credit and collection processesCoordinating direct debit processes and resolving customer A/R issuesPreparing write-down and write-off proposals for A/RCollaborating with internal teams, banks, and outsourcing partners to ensure smooth financial operationsWe believe you haveYoure a proactive problem solver with the ability to navigate complex credit and collection challenges.
