You bring the curiosity and a sharp eye for detail, well provide the tools, mentoring, and support.You''ll play a key role in managing live tennis events, including Grand Slams and ATP/WTA tournaments, while shaping the future of our Tennis product through innovation, collaboration, and a passion for getting it rightWhat Youll DoLive Trading & Analytics: Monitor and manage live tennis matches in real time using our proprietary Tennis models.Product Innovation: Work with others to evolve and improve the Tennis trading experience globally.Global Partnerships: Collaborate with teams in Melbourne, Dublin, and Cluj to share insights and scale success.Data & Decisions: Track service levels, KPIs, and market performance to ensure smooth trading operations.Risk Awareness: Partner with the risk team to manage exposures and make informed, data-led decisions.Team Contribution: Bring fresh ideas, support your peers, and take ownership of your impact.Who Were Looking ForWere not looking for perfection.
