This full-time position is based in our Port Melbourne office and offers excellent opportunities for career growth.What you''ll be doingDeveloping and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and profitability for key corporate retail customersBuilding and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with executive-level contacts at major retail accountsNegotiating and securing new business, as well as expanding existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling initiativesProviding expert product knowledge, guidance and support to help customers achieve their business objectivesMonitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for improvementCollaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer serviceRepresenting the company at key industry events and trade showsWhat we''re looking forSignificant experience (8+ years) in a national account management or senior sales role within the retail industryProven track record of growing and retaining key corporate accounts through strategic relationship managementExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the executive levelStrong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and address complex business challengesHighly organised and driven, with a demonstrated commitment to achieving sales targets and KPIsDegree qualification in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, commerce)What we offerAt Luv-a-Duck, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
