What''s the Role?The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account''s portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer. The role involves professional field sales and high level customer consultation in the defined territory within the target industry. The job holder needs to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the market place.What does the role involve? Professional field sales and high-level customer consultation in territories nationwide within the target industry Developing existing as well as establishing new customer relationships Providing efficient solutions and technical support on building sites backed by our innovative range of products and services Introduction of new products and representation of the Hilti brand in the market place Promotion and demonstration of Hilti products and solutions using a fully equipped, branded vehicle To exceed target and maximize profitable growth in the region and to manage the financial resources allocated to employee and the team Grow focus customer base within a defined territory through outside, business-to-business, face-to-face sales Develop business plans to effectively maintain and grow focus customer sales Leverage multiple sales channels to maximize territory revenue Obtain appointments with decision makers at construction/industrial companies Accurate record of customer history and potential to provide the company with detailed knowledge and information about the account base Work a jobsite and identify key roles on the project as well as their responsibilities and needs Work across multiple departments and liaise with representatives (materials management, logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, customer service) and represent the Company in the best possible manner Read and understand construction documents at a Hilti relevant levelWhat you need is:Bachelor''s degree in mechanical/electrical/ civil engineering, MBA or post-graduate degree is a plusAt least 2-3 years prior experience in direct technical business selling preferably in the Oil & Gas industryAble to carry themselves professionally to build relationships at different levels C-suite and operations level executives, as well as with internal stakeholdersMust be passionate and able to demonstrate high interest building a career in a construction industryDemonstrated strong sense of achievement in their line of workHas a basic understanding and skills to interpret financial statementsComfortable working independently and proactive in reaching out when in need of supportWhy should you apply?We have an excellent mix of people, which we believe makes for a more vibrant, more innovative, more productive team.
