Goulburn Valley Water (GVW) provides quality water and wastewater services to 54 towns in North Central Victoria. Our core purpose is to deliver safe, reliable, and affordable water services to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Program Manager to oversee the delivery of GVWs portfolio of non-infrastructure strategic projects, from business case approval to benefits realisation, with hands-on management of preparation for our next Price Plan submission (PP6). This role plays a pivotal part in delivering projects designed to support achievement of our Strategy 2035 by driving change within the organisation.With demonstrated experience in program or portfolio management of strategic and cross functional projects you will be responsible for establishing robust program frameworks, managing the full project lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with business strategy and optimal use of organisational capacity.Your degree or above in a relevant discipline such as Business, Economics, Engineering or Science complements your ability to successfully navigate the organisation through strategic and business planning activities.If you are keen to lead strategic projects and be part of meaningful, organisation wide change, we are eager to hear from you.About your new roleReporting directly to the General Manager Strategy and Performance, you will be joining a collaborative and innovative leadership team, predominantly based at the Shepparton Administration Centre in the Fryers Street CBD precinct.
