In this role, you will optimise operational supply plans, oversee stock management, and ensure adherence to supply chain standards. You will play a crucial part in gathering, analysing, and applying data to enhance our operations and identify value creation opportunities.We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a focus on learning and development, recognition for your contributions, and a variety of staff incentives.Whats the role?As a key member of our team, you will provide essential supply input for sales planning, manage DC stock quality, and support service initiatives to improve customer satisfaction. Your ability to collaborate with local and regional teams, understand market and customer needs, and promote extended supply solutions will be vital to our success.Key Responsibilities:Provide supply input for sales plan definition and landing to Sales Directors/GAM/KAM level.Contribute to monthly sales landing and M+1 projection with supply chain inputs.Manage DC stock quality with local partners and coordinate actions to maintain standard levels.Gather, analyse, and apply relevant data to enhance activity steering and identify value creation levers through analytical tools.Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the production team and S&OP to maintain adequate stock levels through forecasting.Accountable for local supply chain service indicators and explain KPI main evolutions.Support service to customer initiatives and contribute to DFS performance.Promote extended supply solutions to improve service and strategic customer stock reduction.Represent the territory in service project deployments and feed the weekly reforecast process.Analyze logistics data and generate reports to improve efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities.Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to logistics processes and procedures.What are we looking for?NOTE: Candidates are required to be legally authorised to work in Australia.
