Oversee work allocation, team performance, and technical direction.Quality, Risk & Contract Management: Ensure compliance with quality systems, including ITPs, lot closures, and NCRs. Identify and manage project risks and contribute to contract administration including claims and variations.Program & Productivity Optimisation: Develop and manage project programs and site productivity.
