The company operates in the health tech space and has been at the forefront of creating innovative software solutions for over 30 years.This is a unique, business-critical role for a strategic leader to drive growth during exciting times. Depending on the candidate, this role could also contribute to and lead M&A growth within the broader Jonas Software portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, and oversee multiple businesses in the health or fintech sectors.Role and responsibilitiesWith full financial responsibility, you will oversee people and services functions to achieve growth and enhance customer experience.You will drive financial performance, including collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial data to inform business decisions.You will provide strategic leadership, vision, direction, and coaching to add significant value to the company, including adopting global best practices.You will foster external business relationships to support the commercial growth of the business and facilitate potential acquisitions to expand your portfolio.With support from senior managers, you will lead a high-performing team focused on results.About youWe seek someone with proven leadership experience in the technology/software sector, preferably in health and/or fintech.
