This role requires a strategic approach to client engagement, market analysis, and bid development to drive revenue growth and ensure competitive pricing strategies.The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with technical expertise in estimating and proposal development.Job DescriptionThe RoleWorking closely with the Head of Strategic Growth, the Business Development Manager & Estimator is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while preparing accurate cost estimates for tenders.
