Reporting to the Technical Training Specialist, the purpose of the role is to develop and deliver Technical training for the Nissan range of products and technologies to Dealership staff across Australia and New Zealand.As a global leader in mobility, Nissan is redefining how the world movesthrough intelligent technology, electrification, and human-centric innovation. This role is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of that transformation, enabling our dealership network and technical teams to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving automotive landscape.What Youll Be DoingDeliver hands on and digital technical training programs to dealership and service staffStay up to date with the latest vehicle technology, diagnostics, and electric vehicle systemsDesign and develop technical training content in line with Nissan global standardsCoach and support technicians in their certification and upskilling journeyWork closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align training delivery with business needsDevelop technical competence in Nissan technicians and workshops, supporting the achievement of F1 and customer satisfaction targets.Work with the team to deliver training in accordance with the annual training plan, with a continuous improvement attitude.Work with region staff and Dealerships to maximise staff engagement and attendance at training events.Assure that contemporary adult learning principles are applied to maximise the effectiveness of learning outcomes and training activities.What Youll BringAutomotive trade qualification or equivalent technical backgroundProven technician and Service Department experienceStrong communication and facilitation skillsable to engage all learning stylesA growth mindset with a passion for continuous learningFamiliarity with digital learning tools and platforms is a plusStrong computer skills, especially in Word and PowerPointWhy Nissan?At Nissan, we defy ordinary.
