For over 20 years, the company has delivered innovative and reliable solutions to medium and large organisations across a wide range of sectors, including government, corporate, healthcare, education, and sports.We are seeking an experienced AV/EUC Operations Lead to join our on-site team at an educational institution. Reporting to the On-site Account Delivery Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of end-user computing (EUC) and audiovisual (AV) support services across campus.Youll lead a proactive and customer-focused support team, ensuring smooth and efficient resolution of incidents and service requests. Your work will support teaching spaces, meeting rooms, and public areas, with a strong focus on maintaining AV service standards and ensuring consistent preventative maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and support the AV/EUC team to maintain a high level of service excellence and customer satisfaction.Manage and resolve complex technical issues across AV and EUC environments, ensuring all incidents and requests are actioned in line with SLAs.Ensure consistent delivery and maintenance of AV services across teaching spaces, meeting rooms, and public areas, aligned with RMIT standards.Identify and implement process improvements through automation, reporting, and proactive problem management.Oversee and monitor preventative maintenance schedules across all AV spaces, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.Maintain accurate documentation, complete reports, and support the On-site Account Delivery Manager with data-driven insights and compliance.Skills and experience:Proven experience in AV or IT support leadership roles.Strong technical background in end-user support, AV systems (Crestron, Extron, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms), and IT infrastructure.Deep understanding of the ITIL framework, preferably with ITIL v4 Foundation certification.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.Experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow or ConnectWise.Familiarity with preventative maintenance, remote monitoring, and asset management of AV systems.What''s in it for you?Inclusive and dynamic culture, family-focused environmentAn organisation that can flex, and truly supports work life balance with flexibility optionsSupport and collaboration, not just with their immediate team, but with the broader organisation as well!Career growth, learning and development opportunitiesCompany events including weekly activities, Christmas event celebrations, EOFY celebrations and lots more!Generous employee discounts on AV productsThis is a challenging and very rewarding role, and if successful you will become part of a highly dedicated, motivated, and supportive team.If you are interested in this position, please apply and address to Paris Gorham - People and Culture Coordinator.You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this position.
