Location: Oshima Beaumaris Japanese RestaurantSalary: $66,000$72,000 + Super + Commissions/BonusHours: 6 days/week, including weekends and eveningsWe are a fast-growing Japanese restaurant group with multiple locations across Melbourne, known for high operational standards, consistent service, and strong team culture. We are currently seeking a dedicated and performance-driven Store Manager to lead one of our venues.Key Responsibilities: Oversee all daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth FOH and BOH coordination Lead, motivate, and develop a team of up to 20 staff, including casual, part-time, and full-time employees Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace standards Monitor KPIs, customer satisfaction, and implement improvements when needed Coordinate with HQ for payroll, inventory, and promotional activities Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve service issues promptly Maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment at all timesRequirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor (minimum 2 years preferred) Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication in English; Japanese language is a plus but not required Solid understanding of rostering, cost control, and staff training Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required Right to work in Australia (citizenship, PR, or valid work visa)What We Offer: Stable full-time position with performance-based bonuses Supportive HQ team with clear systems and structure Opportunities for career growth across multiple venues Staff discounts and dining benefits Structured onboarding and training programsUnlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
