Youll build real relationships, spend more meaningful time with each child, and be backed by a caring team of allied health professionals and early childhood educators.Youll work with children and youth (ages 018) and also have the opportunity to support adults, depending on your interests. All services are delivered in natural environmentshomes, schools, kindergartensas well as modern therapy spaces. Full admin and IT support, including WFH flexibility, are part of the package.What Youll Be Doing:Deliver family-focused, evidence-informed psychological support and interventions.Take the lead as a key worker for children aged 07, collaborating closely with OTs, speech pathologists, dietitians, and other professionals.Provide assessments, interventions, and coaching for parents and carers, tailored to each familys needs.Hybrid work - with options for part-time or full-time hours.What Youll Bring:Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist (general or endorsed).Experience in paediatric practice (018 years) and/or interest in working across the lifespan.A strong understanding of neurodivergent conditions such as autism, developmental delay, and cerebral palsy.A collaborative, values-driven mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team.Current Victorian Drivers Licence and Working With Children Check.Willingness to register with the NDIA as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (or already registered).Perks & Benefits:Generous salary packaging up to $15,900 + $2,650 for meals/entertainment.Flexible working options including WFH, 9-day fortnight or RDOs.Gifted leave between Christmas and New Year.Study leave + PD opportunities + peer support.Career progression pathways within a supportive environment.Modern tech setupThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Psychologist who thrives on relationship-building, autonomy, and meaningful community impact.
