Overseeing the fullrecruitment process, youll focus on building a strong talentpipeline, driving proactive recruitment strategies, and ensuring asmooth, efficient hiring experience from start to finish.Working closely with senior leaders, including the Executiveteam, youll forecast staffing needs, implement tailoredrecruitment strategies, and track key performance metrics such astime-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates. You willalso oversee workforce planning, ensuring that recruitment alignswith long-term business goals and workforce trends. Your leadershipwill guide the recruitment team to build a strong talent pool,ensuring diverse and high-quality candidates are consistentlyattracted.In addition, youll develop and implement recruitmentpolicies and procedures that align with organisational values,manage relationships with key stakeholders, and drive thecontinuous improvement of recruitment processes. You''ll beresponsible for staying up-to-date with market trends and bestpractices, ensuring the organisation remains competitive inattracting top talent.This role is ideal for a recruitment leader with extensiveexperience in managing teams, influencing stakeholders, anddelivering strategic results.
