ABOUT THE ROLE Join our dynamic Melbourne team as a Quantitative Lead. You will be deeply involved in every aspect of the research and insight process, designing, managing, and reporting on projects that make a real difference. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end projects, working with diverse clients to produce meaningful insights. Your strong quantitative research and analysis skills, combined with solid marketing knowledge, will enable you to add depth to your stories through data curation, integrating sources like cultural analysis and qualitative insights. You will translate complex findings into strategic insights that help our clients succeed. ABOUT YOU A university degree relevant to your expertise. Specialized experience in research, marketing, statistics, psychology, or social sciences. Minimum of 4 years in an agency environment. Experience leading the design and execution of various projects. Hands-on experience analyzing quantitative data and applying frameworks to solve marketing and organizational challenges. Proven ability to craft concise, engaging narratives from quantitative data. Creative and innovative problem-solving skills, open to new ideas.
