Project Director - Main Contractor High RiseProject Director - Main Contractor High Rise2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of high-rise construction projects, from planning and coordination to execution and delivery. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, plan, and manage the execution of multiple high-rise construction projects.Ensure compliance with the companys Quality Management System, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.Oversee the work of Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved according to schedule.Review and verify project correspondence, including reports, technical documents, and contractual communications.Validate monthly progress reports prepared by the respective project teams.Represent the company in client, consultant, and authority meetings; chair internal and sub-contractor coordination meetings.Review construction drawings and provide guidance on construction methodology to optimize time and cost.Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials in coordination with the project team.Oversee the submission of progress claims and follow up to ensure timely payments by clients.Collaborate with consultants and internal stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues on-site.Participate in tendering processes and preparation of technical proposals for new projects.Provide regular progress updates and escalate key issues to the COO, CEO, Executive Director (Construction).Summary of ResponsibilitiesThe Project Director will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of high-rise construction projects, from planning and coordination to execution and delivery.
