You will develop case plans and goal setting with clients and provide a follow up service to ensure goals have been achieved. You will coordinate pathways for clients through the Family Separation programs and provide referrals and triage for families to other relevant services to ensure identified goals are achieved. You will also co-facilitate educational/therapeutic groups for parents and/or children.Here, you can bring your experience and thrive in an environment filled with learning opportunities so you can continuously develop your skills.
