You''ll collaborate closely with our Marketing Coordinator to build compelling content and campaigns that connect with our fashion-forward community.THE ROLE:Plan and deliver content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedInExecute on-brand social strategies aligned with trade, brand, and campaign goalsCollaborate with designers and creatives to bring compelling content to lifeBuild and nurture relationships with creators, influencers, and brand ambassadorsCoordinate influencer partnerships, product seeding, and campaign activityReport on performance and evolve strategies to improve impact and ROISupport key PR campaigns from product launches to store openingsDrive media outreach and seek organic opportunities for brand exposureAssist in planning for store launches and key in-store experiencesDeliver regular analysis on campaign and event successAssist on styling days and lend a hand during campaign shoots as requiredOn-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or a related field23 years'' experience in PR, social or influencer marketing (fashion, beauty or lifestyle ideal)Strong storytelling and copywriting skillsA great eye for content and emerging social trendsUnderstanding of digital metrics, including Meta and TikTok analyticsSuper organised with a knack for managing multiple projectsFamiliarity with tools like Sprout, Later, or Meltwater is a plusWHAT''S IN IT FOR YOU?Up to 50% off the new season Unison product rangeGenerous discounts across all Brandbank Group Brands including Seed Heritage, allkinds, Commonry, kikki.K & FINE-DAY.Supportive team culture and environmentEmployee Referral Program be rewarded for referring great new people to our teamHealth and Wellness initiatives with access to Employee Assistance ProgramBrandbank Day An additional day''s leave to use however you like whether it''s for life admin, cultural celebrations, or simply recharging.You & Your Mate Yes, we mean your dog!
